Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable solutions for complex business workflows.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned components and subsystemsincluding design development testing integration deployment and enhancements.
- Develop and review high-quality maintainable code while taking complete ownership of deliverables.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks optimizing system efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product QA UI/UX and Management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure on-time high-quality delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Excellent Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Proven experience in building and scaling microservices-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of at least one NoSQL database.
- Strong problem-solving technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to serve as a technical role model emphasizing code quality and best practices.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
