What Youll Need
- Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC PIN
- Experience in mental health nursing ideally with challenging behaviour management
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions at night
- Strong communication and observation skills
What Youll Do
- Deliver safe and effective mental health care during night shifts.
- Monitor assess and respond to challenging behaviours ensuring residents safety and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care.
- Support residents emotional wellbeing through observation reassurance and appropriate interventions.
- Participate in training and ongoing development to maintain high standards of practice.
