Your Role & Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
Administering medication and treatments in line with care plans
Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight
Supporting and supervising care staff promoting best practices
Updating care records and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
What Were Looking For:
âœRegistered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)with a validNMC PIN
✠Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting (preferred)
✠A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
✠Strong leadership and communication skills
✠Ability to workautonomouslyand as part of a team
