Are you passionate about improving the health independence and wellbeing of older people in our communities The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) is seeking Allied Health professionals for multiple Community Aged Care roles across our stunning regional locations. With ongoing and temporary opportunities available and a range of part-time FTE options we welcome both newly graduated AHP1 clinicians eager to build experience and skilled AHP2 practitioners ready to contribute their expertise.
We have opportunities for Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Podiatrists Speech Pathologists and Social Workers to join supportive multidisciplinary teams delivering high-quality aged care services in community and clinic-based settings. Youll work closely with clients and families to enhance function promote safe ageing in place and support positive health outcomes across the Barossa Adelaide Hills and Southern Fleurieu regions. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Reablement Teams which are based in Gawler Mount Barker Victor Harbor and Kangaroo Island.
