Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (Asset Finance)
Salary: negotiable depending on experience uncapped monthly commission
Location: South West
Vargo is hiring for a dynamic asset finance funder offering hire purchase and leasing services to SMEs across the South Wales/Southwest. This role will address the rising demand for asset finance from SMEs and brokers in the Southwest and South Wales regions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through your introducer network
- Structure and agree on initial facility terms
- Submit facility proposals to underwriters
- Attend client meetings for document signing
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Present a professional first-line impression to external stakeholders
- Operate effectively from day one with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Several years experience within the asset finance sector
- Established broker relationships and a strong understanding of industrial equipment and vehicles
- Target-driven with strong planning skills and the ability to manage high activity levels and engagement strategies
