Job Summary

A Leander promotional products company is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join their close-knit production team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on detail-focused work in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Operate industrial embroidery machines including Brother single-head and multi-head (8-color) machines
Set up designs thread machines run production and ensure high-quality stitching
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Assist with additional production tasks as needed such as:
Pressing logos on apparel
Packing and shipping finished goods
Kitting promotional product orders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently to meet production timelines
