Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Associate Database Administrator
Education: or equivalent
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai
Key Skills: AWS Admin SQL PLSQL/TSQL
Key Responsibilities:
Configure & Manage Redshift cluster in production and non-production environments.
Managing the users access for Prod and Non-Prod environments.
Creating Snapshot for backup and recovery
Monitoring the query workload
Managing cloud watch for alarm monitoring
Load and unload data to S3 Bucket and database as per user requirement. (Data refresh activity)
Create and manage Redshift Data-shares for secure data distribution across accounts and clusters
Build and maintain external schemas using AWS Glue/Athena including external tables
Managing AWS MDC task (QA STAGE& PROD)
Participate in Production deployment.
Working on Confluent Kafka & AWS Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK).
Deploy configure and operate Confluent Kafka clusters (on-prem).
Monitoring Kafka services on Devstage& Prod environments.
Troubleshooting the error with the help of support team.
Upgrading the confluent Kafka & troubleshooting the error post upgrade.
Support for Reltio as per user requirement.
Work extensively on Linux environments for system administration troubleshooting and operations.
Create and maintain Shell scripts.
Build automated jobs using cron.
