The Marketing Assistant Manager serves as the key IMT/Marketing project team member for evaluating and executing business process changes and improvements by working with the project team print vendors business unit leaders compliance and Information Technology. Monitoring maintaining and improving existing processes and collaborating with other departments and external vendors to drive success. Additionally may supervise direct and develop a team of Analysts Program or Process Managers.
Responsibilities
Evaluate business process changes and improvements by comparing and evaluating possible courses of actions. Serve as the key contact to support business process improvements from conceptualization to implementation. 30%
Manages and oversees the implementation and execution of IMT/Marketing strategies. Including working with Legal and Compliance to ensure materials are reviewed prior to mail develops a test agenda ensures that tests are designed in a way to deliver the desired results and ensures that any changes to the process are captured and tracked in an appropriate fashion. Additionally this includes supervision and direct manage of Analysts Program or Process Managers individual contributors to support the execution of Marketing strategies and day-to-day Direct Mail responsibilities. 10%
Actively manages and owns account management platform configuration and documentation for all Marketing (Direct Mail & Digital) communication to consumers. Drive process consistency and systematic design consistency across communication types by serving as a central point of contact and functional process owner. 20%
Develops and executes monitoring and reporting for direct mail and digital business process health and compliance/regulatory purposes. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to build monitoring and drive remediation activities associated. 20%
Serves as the Data Stewart subject matter expert for Direct Mail and Digital Marketing. Actively drive change process scrutiny within the context of the Data Stewart model and Data Council. Support Marketing changes from cradle to grave through the Data Council infrastructure. 20%
