TI Communities manages workforce housing in densely populated communities and provides enrichment programs for the residents of the communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives that align with our overall company strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness lead generation and customer/resident engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva Adobe Illustrator Microsoft Office Suite AI Tools and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns including email marketing social media print and digital advertising.
- Create and manage content for multiple channels including website social media and email.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends and report findings to the marketing team.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations corporate and impact team to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Manage and maintain marketing collateral and assets including brochures flyers and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
