Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning coordinating and executing events of varying scale and complexity. This role requires strong organizational abilities excellent communication skills and a passion for crafting memorable experiences. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure each event runs flawlessly from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of corporate private and community events.
Coordinate event logistics including scheduling vendor communication venue arrangements and travel coordination.
Assist in developing event concepts proposals and detailed timelines.
Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare event materials documentation and post-event reports.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism problem-solving and attention to detail throughout every project.
