Are you seeking your next career move in residential conveyancing Our client a highly respected law firm in Maidstone offers a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team handle quality caseloads and enjoy real prospects for professional growth.

The Opportunity

Location: Maidstone Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Youll be part of a modern collaborative firm that values your expertise and offers the chance to build strong client relationships while developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors

• Draft and review contracts transfer deeds and associated documents

• Conduct title checks searches and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 36 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• Proven UK private practice experience

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
