About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join the UK SMI team as their Product Innovation Manager. This is a key role for an experienced Product Manager to bring groundbreaking products to the market and ensuring their commercial success. In this dynamic role you will:
- Lead the deployment and adoption of our Strategic Innovations championing products both internally and externally
- Identify market and customer pain points translating insights into actionable innovation requirements that strengthen our product portfolio
- Define and execute sales plans monitor performance and act as the go-to market contact for our Innovation program
- Support pilot launches ensuring products land successfully with customers and tailoring strategies to meet market-specific needs
You will also represent the business at various points from external events such as trade fairs and webinars to internal forums such as Toll Gate meetings. Youll be at the heart of our innovation journeyconnecting strategy with execution and turning ideas into impactful solutions. About you
- Demonstrated marketing customer experience commercial and sales experience skills from similar roles
- Degree or professional qualification in Product management Business administration Sales Marketing or other relevant field of study
- Proven ability to grasp analyse and initiate actions based on strong financial insights and understanding
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Awareness of technical packaging across a variety of segments and packaging manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Drive determination and resilience with energy enthusiasm and a can-do attitude and behaviours
Location: This is a home-based role with travel to sites in UK&I as required.
