- Contract: 9-Month Max Term Contract
- On-site Requirement:3-4 days in the office per week

Whats the role
As a Content Designer youll create clear effective content that simplifies complex experiences for all users. Your work ensures customers and team members can achieve their goals with ease while supporting transformation initiatives that deliver real value. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems and develop practical solutions.
Youll own content design decisions share work for feedback and contribute to engaging workshops and design sessions. Using insights from research and data youll inform content strategies and help improve workflows and processes. A key part of the role includes contributing to the enterprise design system with content guidelines and patterns.
Beyond project work youll share knowledge mentor peers and actively participate in the internal design community to foster learning and innovation. By championing best practices and advocating for user needs youll help shape inclusive user-centred content aligned with business goals.
What do I need
- Proven experience in content design UX writing or digital copywriting
- Familiarity with designing for back-office services or applications is highly valued
- Ability to use data and research to guide and evaluate content design decisions
- Skilled at building trust and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Dedicated to continuous learning mentorship and contributing to a collaborative design community
