DescriptionThe Orderly Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily operations across the Orderly Service including supervision of the task allocation system (QFM) oversight of Orderly Dispatch Operators and Orderlies and providing frontline guidance and support to staff. The role also contributes to administrative functions such as rostering leave management data management and equipment coordination.
What Youll Do (key responsibilities)
- Monitor and allocate daily workflow via QFM
- Provide supervision mentoring and support to the Orderly team
- Assist with rostering leave coordination and time & attendance accuracy
- Ensure service levels safety requirements and contractual obligations are met
- Support equipment management inventory control and basic reporting
- Promote a positive team culture with a strong customer service focus
What Youll Bring (experience required)
- Experience in support services orderly or cleaning operations within a healthcare environment
- Ability to lead and supervise large diverse teams
- Strong computer literacy (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
- Sound knowledge of orderly duties WHS practices and infection control
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills
- Demonstrated reliability initiative and a proactive approach to service delivery
