We are now looking for a HR Business Partner R&D that wants to join our fantastic HR Business R&D team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey forward! The position will support our two departments Software and Analytics Solutions within our R&D and Products organization.

Who is your future team

The HR Business R&D Team consist of 5 HR Business Partners and me as your manager. Together were responsible for supporting the Products and R&D organization which is the largest organization both in Lund and at Axis with nearly 2000 employees.

As an HR Business Partner youre the link between the business and HR. Besides working with a friendly and highly competent immediate team you will be a part of a bigger HR Business community as well as a large HR department consisting of different specialist- and generalist functions. We always give each other a helping hand when needed and we truly enjoy both our work as well as each others company!

What youll do here as HR Business Partner R&D

You will support the managers of our two departments Software and Analytics Solutions in different HR-related topics. Areas to be considered are: competence development organizational development labor law exits as well as establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure in the organization.

In addition to this you will be expected to together with our leaders contribute to a positive and open working environment that supports Axis Core Values and provide the tools and framework that encourage open and effective communication across the whole organization. Your role is to be a change agent and to challenge coach and support respective business leaders in business and people issues supporting them in meeting their goals and strategies. You will be a trusted advisor and a valued member of the management team in the different organizations.

Who are we looking for/Who are you

We believe you are a driven positive and structured HR Business Partner with excellent communication skills who loves working with people. As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues as well as give high-class service and support to our organization.

We believe you have the ability of strategic thinking and can analyze the needs of the organizations that you support as well as transforming that thinking into actions. You are a person who enjoys working with operative day-to-day tasks and being a sounding board to the managers in different business and HR-related topics.


Wed love to hear that you have/are:

  • 5 years experience from a HR Business Partner role
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Hands-on experience from different areas of HR work such as; recruitment competence development union relations and labor law
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
