Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple practices in Milliman
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) social media referrals and internal databases.
- Screen shortlist schedule interviews and manage feedback loops efficiently.
- Drive salary discussion with candidates ensuring alignment with internal budget and benchmarks.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for critical positions.
- Safeguard sensitive information with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years hiring for Employee Benefits domain.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Good understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in bulk hiring and conducting drive events.
- Enthusiastic to implement a variety of human resource programs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Exposure to campus hiring or lateral bulk hiring.
