WANTED! A keen and personable Lettings Negotiator for an independent agency in the Herne Bay area. Your role will involve registering applicants conducting viewings negotiating lets and delivering excellent service while developing your lettings career.

Our client is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their independent Estate & Lettings Agency in the Herne Bay area. The role is ideal for someone with previous lettings experience who is articulate well-presented and keen to progress within residential lettings. Local knowledge and access to a car will be an advantage.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling applicant registrations and qualifying prospective tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Managing enquiries by phone email and in person
• Providing landlords with feedback and updates
• Negotiating offers and progressing lets
• Supporting the team with general lettings administration
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Strong ability to build rapport with applicants and landlords
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Smart professional presentation
• Proactive ambitious and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the Herne Bay area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Professional and diligent approach to lettings
