Lettings Negotiator - Solihull - up to 27k basic plus commission (Monday to Friday)

This is a great opportunity to join a leading multi branch independent agent who have built up a truly impressive brand over many years. A busy office where you will be registering applicants booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator ideally with experience within the property industry.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:

Arranging and carrying property viewings
Negotiating lets
Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have

As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving license and Car
