Fantastic career opportunity at our Reeds Rains in Consett as we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
- Generate and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between all parties.
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times.
In return we offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa 26000 per annum
- first few months guaranteed commission pay.
- 5 day working week to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
