What youll do

Planning for material purchase order to suppliers base on system requirement by weekly
Schedule the supply of material /components to meet production requirement
Take follow up action in relation to materials shortage that affect production
Manage and follow compensation of defect materials which caused by supplier
Monitoring the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage Inventory accuracy
Manage total inventory levels against proper target levels
Support inventory check to validate inventory accuracy every months

What you must have

Bachelors in Business Administration Logistics and or other related fields.
New graduated or 1-2 years experience in production and materials planning
Good command of English both written and spoken
Good analytical planning and problem solving skills
Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office ; MS Excel PowerPoint Presentation
