Job Summary

Quality management and preliminary investigation for rotor assembly line

Responsibilities

Product audit management and preliminary investigation for rotor assembly line
Drive preventive quality management for EM business (14Q QAM control plan FMEA line-walks)
Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects
Enhance quality mindset of manufacturing team
Close collaboration with DBE for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) 14Q in shopfloor
Process audit coordination
Customer complain 8D and concession management
Other assignments from manager

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree with engineering background or related field Mechatronic or mechanical engineering is preferable.
Basic knowledge on manufacturing machine and equipment Willingness to travel oversea
Professional experience in quality or manufacturing Good knowledge in quality control system Control plan and FMEA according to IATF16949
Project leading skills Analytical and intellectual skills Continuous improvement mindset Cost-focus mindset Analytical and intellectual skills Advance problem solving skill
