Job Summary
- Analyze raw material needs in MRP according to production requirements and customer demand.
- Create and review production plans based on customer demand production capacity and inventory levels under BPS standards.
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers to place orders ensure timely shipment dispatch and resolve supply issues (e.g. backlog shortage quality issues).
- Maintain and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure availability and meet inventory targets.
- Coordinate customs and logistics activities including BOI processes forwarders and external warehouse receiving.
- Collaborate with production engineering and planning teams to manage engineering changes new product launches and material transitions.
- Ensure correctness of long-term raw material forecasts and data accuracy in SAP/ProCon systems.
- Participate in improvement activities provide ideas for process optimization and perform other assignments from supervisor or team leader.
- Other assignments from supervisor.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (or higher) in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Good command in English.
- At least 3 years in logistics field.
- Logical thinking good analysis skills systematic planning.
- Microsoft Office SAP knowledge.
- Analytical and Planning Skills.
