Claims Manager | DCPUQ

• Process owner for claims management in plant
•  Key account for internal customer (Manufacturing)
• Ensure deliveries during claims management
• Making decision for Quality at border line
• Define and control containment actions (re-work sorting delivery stop concessionetc)
• Sending Q-alerts to other Bosch plants
• Coordination and execution of analyses for internal and external claims due to deviations at purchased parts
• Plausibility checks and training or support of sorting operations
• Collecting of plant failure cost for reimbursement
• Cooperation during production trial runs
• Order of 3rd party sorting
•  Preparation and leading of internal/external quality meetings in plant
• Create and develop reports and documentation
• Analyse of Quality data; Lesson learned into new projects or products

Qualifications :

• 8D claims management quality tools
• English minim medium conversational skills
• Engineer university degree mechanic mechatronic electronic quality
