We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Process & Analytics Subject Matter Expert who will lead operational excellence and ensure the team consistently exceeds recruitment targets. This role combines strategic process improvement with hands-on execution driving efficiency optimization across high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
1. Centralized Screening Operations:
a. Oversee high-volume phone screening for Sutherland across multiple sites.
b. Drive success in achieving and exceeding daily target per Phone Screener:
2. Pipeline & Workflow Optimization:
a. Assist manage and refine 3 recruitment pipelines: Online ERP and College Connect for each service delivery center in the Philippines
3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
a. Analyze recruitment data to identify root causes and performance gaps.
b. Develop actionable insights and process enhancements for sustained success.
4. Business Continuity Support:
a. Serve as backup for the Team Leader in critical TA operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in any field.
2. Previous experience as a recruiter with strong analytics and reporting exposure.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Comfortable with high-volume operations and data-driven decision-making
