About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Recruitment & Onboarding team. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment activities onboarding processes and HR operations in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in scheduling interview sessions and coordinating availability with candidates and stakeholders.
- Follow up with hiring managers and candidates when necessary.
- Support the preparation of offer letters internship extensions or shortening requests.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires including preparation of onboarding documents system entries and coordination with relevant departments.
- Assist in ensuring intern profile completion and submission through SSF (Shared Service Framework).
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure accuracy of employee records.
Project & Continuous Improvement
- Support documentation and updating of Work Instructions for HR processes.
- Assist the HR team on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
