Your responsibilities as Intern will include but are not limited to:
- To check on employees daily attendances
- To update and monitor various types of leave entitlements and applications.
- To follow up and compile relevant documents for new employees.
- To perform data entry of new employees into HRIS system.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
Qualifications :
Candidate must have the following requirements:
- Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or equivalent field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented organized and willing to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
