Internal Sales Executive(DOE)plus uncapped commission
Location: Burntwood Office BasedHours: Monday Thursday 9:00am 5:00pm Friday 9:00am 3:00pmStart Date: ASAP
Duties will include:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers maintaining regular contact to build strong long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing clients
- Follow up on inbound web and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Issue accurate quotations using a CRM system and keep customer records fully up to date
- Ensure all supporting documentation (e.g. order forms pricing records) is maintained correctly
- Proactively generate new leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Re-engage lapsed clients to reintroduce products and services
- Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings including preparing reports and pipeline updates
- Participate in regular product training sessions (delivered in-house and by suppliers)
The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in a sales or account management role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working to targets and proactively seeking new business
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
