Are you an experienced Conveyancer ready for your next step Our client a respected law firm in Gravesend offers a rewarding opportunity to handle a quality residential caseload enjoy genuine career progression and be part of a collaborative supportive team.

The Opportunity

Location: Gravesend Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion

• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors

• Draft and review contracts transfer deeds and associated documents

• Conduct title checks searches and due diligence

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 36 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)

• UK private practice background

• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
