Must be a current student in good standing as of Fall 2025.

Job Description:

The Division of Graduate Studies in the College of Journalism and Communications is looking for a student employee to assist with administrative office support graphic design and social media.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ideal candidate is available to work 15-20 hours per week.

Job duties will include:

Graphic design projects such as promotional materials flyers forms etc.

Creating and posting social media content

Administrative support such as answering phones data entry scanning copying etc.

Assist in preparation and hosting of meetings conferences and events

Other duties as assigned

Expected Salary:

$14 per hour

Required Qualifications:

Must be a current student in good standing as of Fall 2025.

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft Suite Adobe (InDesign Illustrator etc.) Canva etc.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Excellent customer service skills

Special Instructions to Applicants:
