Reporting to Elastics Global Revenue Operations Organization youll be the heartbeat of our briefing center - connecting teams shaping experiences and ensuring every visit feels flawless and inspired. What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the strategic design build and rollout of Elastics first-ever Executive Briefing Center (EBC) establishing the foundational framework operating model and processes required to meet the targeted program launch and ensure its long-term success.
- Build positive relationships with sales teams executives and customers to ensure every briefing is aligned impactful and expertly facilitated.
- Orchestrate seamless end-to-end logistics to deliver polished memorable and flawlessly driven onsite and virtual experiences.
- Measure refine and elevate the EBC program through data-driven insights program governance scalable processes and thoughtful innovation including tracking and reporting progress for strategic discussions.
- Partner across GTM Product Marketing Field Engineering and Executive teams to streamline EBC content lifecycle by proactively sourcing and synthesizing existing materials highlight content gaps and support the development of high-priority presentations to align with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Support program and workplace communication by drafting and organizing routine updates internal announcements legal and privacy contacts and follow-up emails for program participants and collaborators.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in program management or project management ideally within Executive Briefing Centers sales or sales & GTM operations at a fast paced SaaS company.
- Strong leadership organizational analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead multiple projects collaborators and priorities.
- Versatility flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to proactively tackle problems.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the confidence to influence and engage senior partners.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Executive leadership or C-Suite partners.
- Have the ability to be in our San Francisco office 4-5 days a week.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) BI tools (e.g. Tableau) or project management platforms (e.g. Smartsheet).
- PMP Agile or related program management certifications.
