Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with restoration services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Following company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service
  • Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of restoration services or the construction industry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
