Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients remotely for Ironside Restoration. Here are the details of the job:
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from clients regarding service inquiries or issues
- Providing information about services offered by Ironside Restoration
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Updating customer information in the database accurately
- Coordinating with field technicians to schedule service appointments
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
