The Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float to various skilled nursing facilities in northeast Pennsylvania.Job Duties:
This position is as a Geisinger provider in a non-Geisinger facility and requires an experienced advanced practitioner (AP) prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility family medicine internal medicine or ICU. The AP provides direct (hands-on) care in skilled nursing facilities with a goal to improve quality and prevent unnecessary re-admissions to the acute care setting.
This position has a $10400 float differential and will travel to these locations but are not limited to:
