Job Summary

The Ross College of Business (RCoB) is seeking a Graduate Assistant for a remote position. The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the Academic Operations Coordinator. They will also support faculty with research activities conduct literature reviews enter and analyze data among other things.

Administrative duties include developing and managing digital content assisting with program outreach efforts participating in special projects and managing daily faculty tasks. They will also hold regularly scheduled office hours remotely to support faculty.

Applicants must be full-time students enrolled in one of the RCoB graduate-level programs maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 and remain in good academic standing. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint). Candidates should be capable of working independently and as part of a team possess strong organizational and research skills and present themselves professionally when interacting with faculty and staff.

Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of professional experience in business management or a related field. Experience managing digital content or utilizing social media platforms is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative dependability and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Graduate assistants are expected to work 19 hours per week remotely and the assistantship will be renewable for the length of the program contingent on satisfactory performance evaluations.
