Maintenance Systems AdministratorFull-Time MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Evenings/Weekends as Needed Greensboro NC Fully In-Person On-Site Role Well-Spring Retirement Community is seeking a tech-savvy detail-oriented Maintenance Systems Administrator to support the building systems that keep our campus safe efficient and running smoothly. This role focuses on system reliability database management troubleshooting upgrades and strong collaboration with Facilities IT vendors and residents. This is a fully in-person on-site position at our Greensboro NC campus. Due to the hands-on nature of this role remote or hybrid work is not available. What Youll DoMaintain and update databases for systems including Status Solutions TheWorxHub Keyscan Allegion Engage and Mitel Troubleshoot and resolve system and control-related issues Support building technologies such as Tek-Tone Nurse Call Notifier Fire Alarm Trane Tracer ES TouchTown TV servers switches and IT cabling Assist with system integrations new equipment commissioning upgrades and lifecycle management Create change or disable user accounts and ensure proper software licensing Maintain cabling standards and oversee labeling and organization Collaborate with Facilities and IT teams on hardware/software configuration and performance improvements Participate in inclement weather response and support Maintenance Techs during on-call rotations Assist residents with IT needs as directed Follow all safety compliance and emergency response protocols
ScheduleMondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. Evenings weekends and off-hours as needed for special projects inclement weather and system support Required on-call rotation and occasional overtime Fully in-person on-site role (no remote option)
What Were Looking For4 years of experience in control systems technical maintenance or technology support Experience with system upgrades network security lifecycle management or disaster recovery Strong technical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication organizational and customer service skills High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work on-site in person at our Greensboro campus
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift/move 15 lbs. alone and 50 lbs. with assistance Ability to climb ladders work overhead and access low storage spaces Ability to stand for extended periods
