Candidate Sourcing
Find and attract talent using job boards social media networking referrals and direct outreach.
Screening & Interviewing
Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to assess skills experience availability and job fit.
Candidate Presentation
Prepare and present shortlists with detailed candidate profiles summaries and recommendations.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with U.S. clients to understand job requirements calibrate expectations and share progress.
Track & Update your ATS
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the system. Ensure compliance and correct documentation.
Recruitment Strategy
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to light-industrial positions and market conditions.
Relationship Building
Build trust with candidates and clients through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
Experience
Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (light-industrial recruitment preferred).
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with warehouse production manufacturing or labor roles and their requirements.
Communication Skills
Strong English communication (written & spoken). Excellent interviewing and rapport-building abilities.
Tech-Savvy
Comfortable using ATS job boards sourcing tools and platforms for remote collaboration.
Self-Management
Ability to work independently meet deadlines manage multiple reqs and stay organized in a remote environment.
Education
Bachelors in HR Business or related field preferred (not mandatory).
