We are looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter with success in recruiting for automotive positions. This role is fully remote but the candidate must live in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish. and may run between 6-8 months but could get extended.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must live in Mexico.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes roles and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges
