Purpose
- Convert seminar-qualified parents through value-led counsellingmatching the child to the right DJP level/language batchwithout hard sell.
Core Responsibilities
- Counselling not pitching: Run 1:1 or group consultations; diagnose learner needs clarify DJP method rules and parent pledge.
- Fitand placement: Verify eligibility level/language/age fit; propose batch options and timelines.
- Admissions SOP: Share fee plan policies and codes of conduct; complete forms KYC and consent.
- Objection handling: Address concerns (time discipline tech) with facts examples and outcomes.
- CRM hygiene: Log every touchpoint; maintain accurate stage probability and next action.
- Feedback loop: Share common parent FAQs to refine seminar scripts and landing pages.
KRAs
- Seminar-qualified counselling show rate.
- Counselling admission conversion % (fit-qualified leads).
- Admission TAT (counselling to fee completion).
- Early 30-day retention (low drop-off).
- CRM accuracy and on-time updates
