Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team in Smethwick. This is a full-time position offering a great opportunity to work within a progressive GP surgery committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general treatment room duties including wound care immunisations cervical screening and health checks
Support chronic disease management including Asthma COPD and Diabetes reviews
Assist with health promotion and education
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and admin team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
Previous experience in Primary Care (preferred)
Competent in chronic disease management and treatment room procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
