  • Lead a highperforming surgical ward within one of NSWs major trauma and principal referral centres.
  • Shape clinical excellence across diverse specialties including ENT head and neck surgery ophthalmology urology trauma and complex general surgery.
  • Drive advanced neurosurgical and plastics care in a fastpaced highacuity environment.
  • Influence patient outcomes through strong multidisciplinary collaboration across ENT head and neck ophthalmology and complex general surgery specialities.
  • Optimise ward operations patient flow and staffing to ensure safe efficient care delivery.
  • Champion evidencebased practice safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the SWSLHD surgical stream.
