Job Summary

Job Summary:The Research Project Coordinator supports the overall development of research project(s). Assists with project design management and implementation. Promotes the project and serves as liaison between the project and contacts internal and external to the University. May supervise students provide general office assistance create promotional materials and assist in the development of other potential projects.

Additional Department Summary:Implements the Brain injury Resource facilitation And Veterans Outreach for criminal justice involved Veterans (BRAVO-Vets) initiative program by administering validated TBI screening assessments to eligible participants and connecting them to resource facilitation for provision of healthcare services in the community. Work closely with the program team and partner agencies to ensure seamless integration of screening services within the criminal justice system and Veteran support networks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain practical experience in research coordination data collection and contributing to a meaningful cause.

Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher and some experience coordinating projects.

Skills and Knowledge:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in conducting structured interviews. Attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with research protocols and ethical standards. Familiarity with traumatic brain injury Veteran Affairs and/or the criminal justice system.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree and one year of relevant experience.
