A rapidly growing residential real estate operator is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Sales Rep to help expand its pipeline of resident applications by building strong relationships with local universities hospitals and major employers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking meeting new people and creating long-term referral channels that directly support leasing growth and community engagement.
Responsibilities Include:
Building relationships with universities hospitals and large businesses to generate resident application referrals
Recruiting supporting and managing referral agents
Conducting regular outreach networking and community engagement
Organizing and tracking outreach efforts and referral performance
Representing the organization at local events and community gatherings
Collaborating with internal teams to align outreach with occupancy goals
Ideal Qualifications:
Outgoing personable and proactive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized goal-driven and able to work independently
Experience in sales outreach or marketing is a plus but not required
Comfortable with local travel (expenses covered)
Salary: $50k $85k/Year (base commission)
