Responsibilities
- Distribute envelopes to the appropriate desks.
- Deposit all cash checks and credit cards received into Accounting.
- Verify and close all open finance deposits.
- Log cash deposit bags in the Brinks Log Book.
- Respond to work-related emails within 24 hours.
- File all receipts and deposit slips.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Eagerness to improve
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
