transformation of their solutions in the areas of human resources talent management and finance

Active Workday Payroll certification

Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:

• Provide daily operational support for Workday Payroll Absence and Time Tracking.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues system errors and data discrepancies ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist business users by interpreting payroll needs and translating them into system updates or solutions.
• Monitor and support payroll-integrated systems including time tracking benefits and third-party interfaces.
• Participate in payroll processing activities including data validation audit review and reporting.
• Support Workday system upgrades biannual releases and ongoing enhancements through testing and validation.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations by partnering with auditors and compliance teams.
• Provide end-user support training and documentation to improve system adoption and process efficiency.
• Assist with payroll parallel testing and additional testing cycles for configuration changes or enhancements.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of converted payroll data from legacy systems.
• Support and guide team on any HCM related issues or topics
