What Youll Do

Help Italian-speaking customers with their questions and problems always with kindness and clarity. Youll learn the ropes with paid training and grow your skills day by day.

Your daily tasks:

• Answer questions via phone email or chat

• Guide customers through common issues (training included!)

• Keep communication friendly and professional

• Use simple tools and systems designed to help you shine

• Represent trusted global brands

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Italian speaker

• Conversational English (B2)

• Basic computer skills & eagerness to learn

• Ready to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)

• Friendly patient and positive attitude

• Open to learning and growing

Bonus if youve done retail hospitality or helped others with tech issues!
