Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Italian providing top-tier service

Requirements:

Native-level Italian (C2) written and spoken
Solid English (B2) for training and internal tools
Strong communication and active listening skills
Team spirit and a customer-first mindset
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
