This is how You Make a Difference
As a Production Planner (m/f/d) you play a central role in ensuring efficient timely and well-coordinated production processes. You make sure that production and material planning works seamlessly across departments. Your tasks include:
- Planning creating scheduling and releasing production orders while ensuring capacity material availability and on-time delivery
- Maintaining realistic production and material requirements planning (MRP) monitoring order progress and managing deviations
- Ensuring material availability in close collaboration with Procurement
- Coordinating planning activities with Production Logistics and Quality Assurance to secure synchronized workflows and shipping dates
- Maintaining and updating ERP master data including BOMs work plans target times and order status
- Optimizing production planning processes tools KPIs and internal workflows
- Supporting production with order prioritization contingency planning and resource planning (e.g. shift planning)

What you Bring to the Table
- A commercial or technical education
- An industrial technical or production-related background (e.g. Production Management or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
- Good English skills (German is a plus)
