As we scale globally we need an E-commerce Manager who combines commercial sharpness with a creative eye to drive sales and elevate the digital customer experience.
As our E-commerce Manager (d/w/m) you own the digital shelf. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our global platforms ensuring that every product launch is flawless and every customer journey is seamless. You act as the bridge between Marketing Product and Supply Chain translating the hype of our events into high-performing digital campaigns. You dont just manage a website; you build the digital flagship of the HYROX brand.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Operations & Management
- The Engine Room: Manage day-to-day operations of the global e-commerce platform and local sites. This includes product listings pricing promotions and inventory management in close collaboration with our external site provider.
- Launches & Drops: Manage high-heat product launches. You ensure all product info visuals and pricing are accurate and the system can handle the traffic.
- User Experience: Contribute to the long-term growth strategy by identifying opportunities for digital innovation (AI Chatbots Personalization) and UX enhancements.
Commercial Strategy & Campaigns
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns in coordination with Marketing and Product teams.
- Storytelling: Position the e-shop as a content hub. You translate brand communications (Social Events) into the shop experience to ensure a consistent brand presence.
- CRM & Retention: Coordinate newsletters and CRM initiatives together with Marketing to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Data & Analytics
- Data Driven: Monitor and analyze critical KPIs (Traffic Conversion Rate AOV ROS).
- Reporting: Provide regular sales and performance reports to support commercial planning and strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Supply Chain Sync: Align closely with the Supply Chain team on stock availability delivery timelines and restock planning to prevent out-of-stocks or overstock situations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce preferably in Sports Fashion or Lifestyle brands.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing E-Commerce IT or related fields.
- Skill Set: Expertise in digital marketing (SEO SEM Social) and strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento) and analytics tools (GA4).
- Mindset: You have a structured hands-on approach. You are highly organized detail-oriented and have a strong sense of timing (essential for Drops).
- Creative Commercial: You have a creative eye for how product brand and user experience connect to drive sales.
- Language: C-Level in English; German is a plus.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for fitness and performance-driven sports.
