The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk & Regulatory team you will lead and manage multiple client engagements focusing on ITGC ITAC and business process controls. As a Manager you will supervise develop and coach teams while driving client engagement workstreams delivering quality deliverables that meet client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of IT risk and controls engagements leveraging technology and innovation to enhance control testing and risk insights.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee multiple client engagements focusing on ITGC ITAC and business process controls

- Supervise mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Drive client engagement workstreams to deliver exceptional outputs

- Shape the strategic direction of IT risk and controls initiatives

- Utilize technology and innovative approaches to improve control testing and risk assessment

- Foster enduring client relationships and maintain open communication

- Maintain adherence to professional standards and the firms code of conduct

- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and improvements

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Computer Science Accounting Finance Business Administration or related fields

- 7 to 11 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
