Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed objectives through proactive sales activities and customer engagement.
- Schedule appointments and deliver tailored sales presentations to healthcare professionals in hematology and oncology.
- Identify and onboard new customers secure product listings and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key prescribers in the oncology space.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and arrange follow-up meetings to build long-term partnerships.
- Conduct effective field visits to gather insights on prescribing trends orders and current market conditions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports market intelligence and all required documentation.
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and monitor performance against targets.
- Collect and analyze marketing information; identify potential business impacts such as e-bidding and tender processes.
- Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing company performance and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or related field.
- 23 years of experience as a Medical Representative Sales Representative or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in Hematology and Oncology.
- Experience managing a hybrid territory/area is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Thai and English.
- Strong presentation communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools and reporting systems
